Executive Committee
The Executive Committee executes those powers conferred upon it by the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee consists of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer. The Executive Committee is composed of:

- Vice-Chairman: Joseph Roenbeck, PSEG
- Treasurer: Dan Scarbrough, InterncontinentalExchange
