1. Advance Market-Based Principles adopted by EMA
2. Preserve OTC Trading for Carbon Related Commodities
3. Promote the Voice of Industry – advancing the expertise and experience of the members as a policy tool
4. Support the infrastructure for enhanced liquidity and transparency in environmental markets including offsets
5. Making the lines of regulatory authorities are clear and rules are consistent and don’t interfere with an orderly and liquid offset market
